Add-back for the blob-storage withhold. Restores the two enum values and the type description. Merge only once we control the written object naming. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Draft / do not merge yet. Add-back PR for ENG-4200, kept ready for when we control the blob object naming.
Restores
azureblobandgcsin the destinationtypeenum and the type description (reverses #396). The per-field descriptions were never removed. Merging this regenerates the client SDK to include the two types again. Before merging: confirm we control the written object naming and merge alongside the server, docs, and dashboard add-backs (linked on ENG-4200).
